| relating to the provision of technical assistance by the Texas | ||
| Water Development Board to an interregional planning council. | ||
| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | ||
| SECTION 1. Section 16.052, Water Code, is amended by adding | ||
| Subsection (e) to read as follows: | ||
| (e) The board shall provide technical assistance to the | ||
| council. | ||
| SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2021. | ||
