A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
 
AN ACT
  relating to license examination attempt limits for physicians.
         BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
         SECTION 1.  Sections 155.056(a) Occupations Code is amended
  to read as follows:
         (a)  An applicant must pass:
               (1)  each individual part of an examination within four
  [three] attempts
         SECTION 2.  This Act takes effect September 1, 2021.
