| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | ||
| SECTION 1. Chapter 3101, Government Code, is amended by | ||
| adding Section 3101.014 to read as follows: | ||
| Sec. 3101.014. STATE SOFT DRINK. (a) The state soft drink | ||
| is Dr Pepper. | ||
| (b) This section expires September 1, 2031. | ||
| SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2021. | ||
