CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
|
|
|
WHEREAS, House Bill No. 1322 has passed the Texas House of |
|
|
Representatives and the Texas Senate and is now in the office of the |
|
|
governor; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Further consideration of the bill by the house of |
|
|
representatives and the senate is necessary; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED by the 87th Legislature of the State of Texas, That |
|
|
the governor be hereby requested to return House Bill No. 1322 to |
|
|
the house of representatives for further consideration; and, be it |
|
|
further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the action of the speaker of the house of |
|
|
representatives and the president of the senate in signing House |
|
|
Bill No. 1322 be declared null and void and that the two presiding |
|
|
officers be authorized to remove their signatures from the enrolled |
|
|
bill. |
