R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, February 21, 2021, was indeed a special day in the |
|
|
lives of Rachel and Will Racz, for on that day they became the proud |
|
|
parents of a darling baby girl, Davy Ruthless Racz; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Although she made her long-awaited debut in |
|
|
California, this charming bundle of joy is a Texan by heart and by |
|
|
birthright; both her mother and father were born and raised in |
|
|
Houston, and they look forward to returning to Texas with their |
|
|
daughter; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Davy's mother, Rachel Racz, has enjoyed a successful |
|
|
career that included a stint at Nasdaq, and she was appointed by |
|
|
Governor Greg Abbott to the Texas Judicial Council in 2019; Davy's |
|
|
father, Will Racz, has served his country with great distinction as |
|
|
a member of the United States Navy; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Davy Racz begins her life secure in the safe and |
|
|
loving embrace of her family, and with their support, dedication, |
|
|
and guidance, she may truly look forward to a bright and promising |
|
|
future; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 87th Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby congratulate Rachel and Will Racz on the birth |
|
|
of their beloved daughter and welcome Davy Ruthless Racz as a new |
|
|
citizen of Texas; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for the Racz family as an expression of high regard by the |
|
|
Texas House of Representatives. |
