R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Jodie Nguyen has been named salutatorian of the |
|
|
Class of 2021 at Berkner High School STEM Academy in Richardson, and |
|
|
she indeed merits special recognition for receiving this |
|
|
significant honor; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Earning the title of salutatorian requires not only |
|
|
intellect and aptitude, but also four years of dedication to the |
|
|
highest academic standards; in securing her place as one of the two |
|
|
top-ranking students in her class, Ms. Nguyen demonstrated a |
|
|
thorough understanding of a wide range of subjects, and her |
|
|
attainment of this coveted distinction is the crowning achievement |
|
|
of a notable high school career; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, During her years at Berkner High, Jodie Nguyen has |
|
|
earned the respect and admiration of both her teachers and |
|
|
classmates, and her exceptional scholastic ability and commitment |
|
|
to excellence have opened the way to a bright and promising future |
|
|
for this outstanding young Texan; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 87th Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby congratulate Jodie Nguyen on graduating as |
|
|
salutatorian of the Berkner High School STEM Academy Class of 2021 |
|
|
and extend to her sincere best wishes for continued success as she |
|
|
begins the next exciting chapter of her life; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Ms. Nguyen as an expression of high regard by the Texas |
|
|
House of Representatives. |
