R E S O L U T I O N
         WHEREAS, God'swill Osa has ably served his fellow Texans as
  an aide in the office of State Representative Trey Martinez Fischer
  during the 87th Legislative Session; and
         WHEREAS, Since joining the staff, Mr. Osa has provided vital
  assistance in handling a wide variety of challenging tasks; in
  addition to gaining valuable experience in the field of public
  service, he has learned more about the legislative process and the
  issues facing citizens of the Lone Star State; and
         WHEREAS, Mr. Osa earned a bachelor's degree in biology from
  Texas A&M University and a master's degree in political science
  from The University of Texas at Dallas, and he also completed a
  fellowship with the UT Archer Center Graduate Program in Public
  Policy and an internship with the New America Center on Education
  and Skills; and
         WHEREAS, Currently pursuing a doctorate in government from UT
  Austin, Mr. Osa serves as a teaching assistant in the College of
  Liberal Arts and a research assistant with the Irma Rangel Public
  Policy Institute; he has further contributed to his campus
  community as a member of the government department's diversity task
  force and as copresident of its graduate student organization; and
         WHEREAS, This outstanding young Texan has performed his
  duties as a legislative aide with skill and dedication, and he is
  indeed deserving of special recognition for his fine work; now,
  therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 87th Texas
  Legislature hereby commend God'swill Osa for his service as a
  legislative aide in the office of State Representative Trey
  Martinez Fischer and extend to him sincere best wishes for
  continued success in all his endeavors; and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for Mr. Osa as an expression of high regard by the Texas
  House of Representatives.
