R E S O L U T I O N
         WHEREAS, Greyson Thomas Gee has ably served his fellow Texans
  as a policy intern in the office of State Representative James White
  during the 87th Legislative Session; and
         WHEREAS, Since joining the staff, Mr. Gee has provided vital
  assistance in handling a wide variety of challenging tasks,
  including research and policy analysis; in addition to gaining
  valuable experience in the field of public service, he has learned
  more about the legislative process and the issues facing citizens
  of the Lone Star State; and
         WHEREAS, Mr. Gee is pursuing a political science and
  economics degree at Texas A&M University; active in his campus
  community, he has been involved with the Student Senate Legislative
  Relations Committee, Orange and Maroon Legislative Day, and Fish
  Aides, the Student Government Association freshman leadership
  organization; moreover, he has served as a regional director's
  intern for the Convention of States Project; he has been named to
  the dean's list, and he is a recipient of the Daughters of the
  American Revolution Good Citizens Award; and
         WHEREAS, This outstanding young Texan has performed his
  duties as a policy intern with skill and dedication, and he is
  indeed deserving of special recognition for his fine work; now,
  therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 87th Texas
  Legislature hereby commend Greyson Thomas Gee for his service as a
  policy intern in the office of State Representative James White and
  extend to him sincere best wishes for continued success in all his
  endeavors; and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for Mr. Gee as an expression of high regard by the Texas
  House of Representatives.
