R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Family and friends will long cherish their memories |
|
|
of Federico Falcon, who passed away on July 10, 2020, at the age of |
|
|
63; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, The son of Eugenio Falcon and Emma Hinojosa Falcon |
|
|
of Rio Grande City, Federico Falcon was born on April 11, 1957, in |
|
|
Edinburg and grew up with three brothers, Antonio, Eugenio, and |
|
|
Jose; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Mr. Falcon served as a border patrol agent with U.S. |
|
|
Customs and Border Protection until his retirement in 2015; in his |
|
|
leisure time, he enjoyed fishing, hunting, and watching sports, |
|
|
especially the games of his favorite team, the Houston Astros; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, In all his endeavors, Mr. Falcon enjoyed the support |
|
|
of his wife, Elvia Falcon, and he took great pride in his son, |
|
|
Eugene; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Although Federico Falcon is deeply missed, those who |
|
|
were privileged to share in his love and friendship will always |
|
|
remember him with great admiration and affection; now, therefore, |
|
|
be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 87th Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby pay tribute to the memory of Federico Falcon and |
|
|
extend sincere condolences to all who mourn his passing; and, be it |
|
|
further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for his family and that when the Texas House of |
|
|
Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Federico |
|
|
Falcon. |
