R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
WHEREAS, Family and friends will long cherish their memories |
|
of Michael Edwin Kendrick Jr. of Crockett, who passed away on |
|
September 13, 2020, at the age of 50; and |
|
WHEREAS, The son of Michael Edwin Kendrick Sr. and Joyce |
|
Dyches Kendrick, Eddie Kendrick was born on December 7, 1969, in |
|
Lufkin and grew up with a sister, Christi; and |
|
WHEREAS, In the course of his career, Mr. Kendrick was a CNC |
|
machinist and programmer for Quantex Instruments for more than 20 |
|
years; he worked in the maintenance department at Enchanted Pines, |
|
and he was admired for being able to build almost anything; and |
|
WHEREAS, In all his endeavors, Mr. Kendrick enjoyed the love |
|
and support of his wife, Karen, and he took great pride in his |
|
daughters, Heather, Lauren, and Erin; with the passing years, he |
|
had the pleasure of seeing his family grow to include four |
|
grandchildren, Canon, Hudson, Scarlett, and Jameson; and |
|
WHEREAS, Although Eddie Kendrick is deeply missed, he has |
|
left his family and friends with a wealth of memories that they will |
|
forever treasure; now, therefore, be it |
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 87th Texas |
|
Legislature hereby pay tribute to the memory of Michael Edwin |
|
Kendrick Jr. and extend heartfelt sympathy to all who mourn his |
|
passing; and, be it further |
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
prepared for his family and that when the Texas House of |
|
Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Eddie |
|
Kendrick. |
