R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Leighton Brown has ably served his fellow citizens |
|
|
as an intern in the office of State Representative Hugh D. Shine |
|
|
during the 87th Legislative Session; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Since joining the staff, Mr. Brown has provided |
|
|
vital assistance in handling a wide variety of challenging tasks; |
|
|
in addition to gaining valuable experience in the field of public |
|
|
service, he has learned more about the legislative process and the |
|
|
issues facing residents of the Lone Star State; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, This noteworthy young man has performed his duties |
|
|
as a legislative intern with skill and dedication, and he is indeed |
|
|
deserving of special recognition for his fine work; now, therefore, |
|
|
be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 87th Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby commend Leighton Brown for his service as a |
|
|
legislative intern in the office of State Representative Hugh D. |
|
|
Shine and extend to him sincere best wishes for continued success in |
|
|
all his endeavors; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Mr. Brown as an expression of high regard by the Texas |
|
|
House of Representatives. |
