A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
 
AN ACT
  relating to the provision of technical assistance by the Texas
  Water Development Board to an interregional planning council.
         BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
         SECTION 1.  Section 16.052, Water Code, is amended by adding
  Subsection (e) to read as follows:
         (e)  The board shall provide technical assistance to the
  council.
         SECTION 2.  This Act takes effect September 1, 2021.
