AN ACT
|
|
|
relating to the operation of certain child-care facilities during |
|
|
an appeal of a suspension or denial of a license, certification, |
|
|
registration, or listing. |
|
|
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: |
|
|
SECTION 1. Section 42.072, Human Resources Code, is amended |
|
|
by adding Subsection (d-1) to read as follows: |
|
|
(d-1) A person may not operate a facility or family home |
|
|
during an appeal of a suspension or denial of a license, |
|
|
certification, registration, or listing. |
|
|
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2021. |
|
