A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT

Relating to certain revenues dedicated to the Texas Mobility Fund.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:

SECTION 1. Section 501.138, Transportation Code, is amended to read follows:

Section 501.138 (b-2) and (b-3) are repealed.

SECTION 2. Section 386.250(b)(1)(B) Health and Safety Code is amended as follows:

(B) Sections 501.138, 502.358, and 548.5055 Transportation Code;

SECTION 3. This ACT takes effect September 1, 2021
