SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 143

WHEREAS, February 21, 2021, will be a day long remembered and cherished by Rachel and Will Racz, for on that day their daughter Davy Ruthless Racz was born; and

WHEREAS, This beautiful baby girl was born in San Diego, California, and she has fulfilled her parents' dearest wish; Rachel and Will are joyful over her safe arrival; and

WHEREAS, This blessed event has brought great happiness to Davy's family; she is an immense source of pride for her many loved ones, and she has been heartily welcomed into the Racz household; and

WHEREAS, It is indeed fitting that the Texas Senate welcome this precious newborn into the world; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 87th Legislature, hereby congratulate Rachel and Will Racz on the birth of their daughter and extend best wishes for the brightest of futures to Davy Ruthless Racz; and, be it further

RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for the Racz family as an expression of esteem from the Texas Senate.
