SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 511

WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is pleased to recognize Carlos H. Cisneros Lucio in honor of the auspicious occasion of his graduation from The University of Texas at Austin; and

WHEREAS, Carlos graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a degree in biology in May of 2021 and plans to continue his education by attending medical school; and

WHEREAS, Talented and hardworking, Carlos has established and pursued his goals with perseverance and a clear vision of his future, and his notable accomplishments in school bear witness to his dedication and outstanding abilities; and

WHEREAS, Carlos faced the many challenges of higher education with success and distinction, and he is well prepared for a future with countless opportunities; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 87th Legislature, hereby commend Carlos H. Cisneros Lucio on his superior accomplishments and extend to him congratulations on his graduation from The University of Texas at Austin and best wishes for success in the years ahead; and, be it further

RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared in honor of Carlos Cisneros Lucio as an expression of esteem from the Texas Senate.
