No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend the Election Code to expand curbside voting eligibility to include a parent or legal guardian accompanied by their child. It is assumed that any related costs could be absorbed using existing resources.
Local Government Impact
Williamson County anticipates an annual cost of $10,000.
Fort Bend County does not anticipate a significant fiscal impact.
