No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Health and Safety Code to allow residents of an extraterritorial jurisdiction to request via a notarized affidavit that a municipal animal control authority manage dangerous dogs and aggressive dogs in the extraterritorial jurisdiction. 

Local Government Impact

According to the Texas Association of Counties, no significant fiscal impact to counties is anticipated. No significant fiscal implication to other units of local government is anticipated.
