No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Code of Criminal Procedure to extend the statute of limitations for certain offenses involving dating or family violence.

According to the Office of Court Administration, no significant fiscal implication to the State court system is anticipated. 

Local Government Impact

Bexar County does not expect a fiscal impact from the bill.
