No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require analogue products and cell-cultured products to have certain terms in their labels or the labels would be considered misbranded by the Department of State Health Services. It is assumed that the provisions of the bill could be accomplished with existing resources.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
