The bill would amend the Government Code relating to the provision of certain eminent domain information to property owners through a landowner's bill of rights. Based on information provided by the Texas Real Estate Commission and the Office of the Attorney General, it is assumed that the duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished utilizing existing resources.
