No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

It is assumed that the provisions of the bill relating to the execution of a warrant issued for certain individuals who violate a condition of release on parole or mandatory supervision could be absorbed using existing resources.

The Texas Association of Counties does not anticipate a significant fiscal impact to counties.
