No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Relating to the disclosure of a beneficiary under a life insurance policy, upon request, to a funeral director that is directing an insured's funeral.

It is assumed that the provisions of the bill relating to disclosure of a beneficiary under a life insurance policy to a funeral director could be absorbed using existing resources.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
