No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would require the Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) to study and evaluate the status of and opportunities, challenges, and needs related to expanding recovery housing in the state.
HHSC indicates any cost to implement provisions of the bill would be minimal and can be absorbed within available resources.
