No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Education Code relating to the disclosure of certain information regarding course materials by public institutions of higher education. The bill would require private or independent institutions of higher education to disseminate certain course and textbook information. It is assumed that any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed within existing resources.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
