IN RE:	HB1158 by Metcalf (Relating to the inclusion of a nonprofit attraction on a specific information logo sign.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Transportation Code to include certain nonprofit attractions as eligible establishments permitted to advertise on a specific information logo sign. 

Based on the information and analysis provided by the Texas Department of Transportation, it is assumed any duties associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be absorbed within the agency's existing resources.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
