No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Code of Criminal Procedure to place certain restrictions on the use of no-knock warrants.

According to the Office of Court Administration, no significant fiscal impact to the State court system is anticipated. 

Local Government Impact

According to the Texas Municipal League, no fiscal implication to cities is anticipated. No significant fiscal implication to other units of local government is anticipated.
