No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The Office of Consumer Credit Commissioner (OCCC) anticipates that the costs associated with the bill's provisions relating to the consideration by employers of the consumer credit reports of employees and applicants for employment could be absorbed using existing resources. The OCCC is a self-directed semi-independent agency and does not receive state appropriations.
