No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would allow probate and guardianship proceedings to be conducted remotely through videoconference, teleconference, or other remote technology and would require courts to establish guidelines for conducting proceedings in that manor. 

Based on information provided by the Office of Court Administration, it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished utilizing existing resources.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
