No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

This bill would amend the Election Code to allow a registered voter to submit a complaint to the Secretary of State (SOS) if an early voting clerk has not delivered to the local canvassing authority early voting totals and requires the SOS, by rule, to create and maintain a system for tracking these complaints.

According to the Secretary of State, no significant fiscal impact to the state is anticipated.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
