HB1726 by Allison (Relating to reporting the number of incidents of bullying and cyberbullying in a school district and open-enrollment charter school through the Public Education Information Management System.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require each local education agency (LEA) to report the number of bullying incidents at each campus.

This analysis assumes that the bill's provisions could be could be absorbed using existing resources.

Local Government Impact

Although LEAs would have some increased reporting responsibilities as a result of the bill, costs associated with these requirements are not anticipated to be significant.
