HB1831 by Rogers (Relating to annual continuing education requirements for certain court clerks.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Government Code to allow a court clerk to carry forward from one calendar year to the next not more than 10 hours of completed continuing education courses in excess of their annual requirements.

Based on information provided by the Office of Court Administration, no significant fiscal impact to the state court system is anticipated as a result from implementing the provisions of the bill.
