No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code as it relates the labeling of wine as originating from an area of this state. The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission and the Texas Department of Agriculture anticipate that the provisions of the bill would not result in a significant fiscal impact.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
