No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend Section 161.005 of the  Election Code to change certain eligibility requirements for political party officers. 

According to the Secretary of State, no significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated. 

Local Government Impact

According to the Texas Association of Counties, no fiscal impact to counties is anticipated.
