No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend Property Code ยง21.0111 to require an entity seeking to acquire real property through the use of eminent domain to disclose to the property owner any and all appraisal records relating to the property and used in determining the entity's opinion of value, no later than the third business day before the date of a special commissioner's hearing if an appraisal is to be used at the hearing.

Based on the information provided by the Texas Department of Transportation and the Office of the Attorney General, it is assumed the provisions of bill would not result in a significant operational or fiscal impact to the State.
