No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

It is assumed that any costs associated with the bill's provisions relating to municipal and county regulation of sex parlors could be absorbed using existing resources and that any increase to state revenue due to fines, costs and fees imposed in related civil cases would be insignificant.

Local Government Impact

According to the Texas Municipal League, no fiscal implication to municipalities is anticipated.
