No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Election Code to provide that the statement of residence form must include a field for the voter to list their current county of residence.

According to the Secretary of State, no significant fiscal impact to the state is anticipated.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
