No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Education and Family Codes to allow certain counties to cease operation of a juvenile justice alternative education program. 

It is assumed that any costs associated with the bill's provisions could be absorbed using existing resources.

Local Government Impact

According to Harris County, no significant fiscal impact to the county is anticipated.
