No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend the Education Code relating to the Texas Real Estate Research Center, the Real Estate Research Advisory Committee, and the Texas Real Estate Commission. Based on information provided by the Texas A&M University System Administration, this analysis assumes that the duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
