No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would require the Legislative Budget Board to prepare a fiscal impact statement for each bill or joint resolution that includes a health benefit plan mandate.
It is assumed that any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed using existing resources.
