The bill would amend the Family Code to provide that a court may grant an annulment of a marriage to a party if the other party used fraud, duress, or force to induce the petitioner to enter into the marriage and the petitioner ceased cohabitation with the other party within one year after the petitioner learned of the fraud or was released from the duress or force and has not voluntarily cohabited with the other party since ceasing cohabitation.
