The bill would amend Articles 55.01 and 55.02, Code of Criminal Procedure, to allow a statutory county court to issue certain orders of expunction in cases over which a statutory county court has jurisdiction.
According to the Office of Court Administration (OCA), no significant fiscal impact to the State court system is anticipated.
