Subchapter G, Chapter 370, Transportation Code, by adding Section 370.3051 to authorize a regional mobility authority (RMA) to enter into a CDA for specific highway projects. The bill would authorize TxDOT to enter into a CDA for a project listed under Section 370.3051.
