No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

This bill would amend the Election Code to provide that an election official of the state or of a political subdivision may not create, alter, or suspend any voting standard, practice, or procedure in a manner not expressly authorized by the Election Code.

According to the Secretary of State, no significant fiscal impact to the state is anticipated.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
