No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Health and Safety Code to allow an owner to appeal a justice court order to humanely destroy a dog to a county court or county court at law.

According to the Office of Court Administration (OCA), no significant fiscal impact to the State court system is anticipated.
