No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Insurance Code relating to prohibited discrimination on the basis of an individual's political affiliation or expression by certain insurers. Based on information provided by the Employee Retirement System, Department of Insurance, Health and Human Services Commission, Texas A&M University System Administration, and UT System Administration, this analysis anticipates no fiscal implication to the State.
