The Office of Consumer Credit Commissioner (OCCC) anticipates that the bill would likely result in a reduced number of licensed locations, reducing the revenue assessed by the OCCC. The OCCC is a self-directed, semi-independent state entity and does not receive appropriated funds. The OCCC notes that they would likely need to offset this loss by an increase in fees.
