No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Transportation Code to require the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), on request, to provide a written or electronic copy of all data purchased by TxDOT for the Ports-to-Plains Corridor study required by House Bill 1079, Eighty-sixth Legislature, Regular Session, 2019, dis-aggregated by county.
