No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

According to the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC), the provisions of the bill are not in conflict with current law; however, the agency indicates it would not be able to use current Vocational Rehabilitation program policies and procedures, based on federal regulations and industry standards, when making determinations about the safety of a vehicle modification.
