No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Government Code related to state agency contracting and state employees, officers, contractors, and other persons involved with the contracting. 

According to the Office of the Attorney General, Facilities Commission, Department of Information Resources, Health and Human Services Commission, Department of State Health Services, Department of Family and Protective Services, Department of Transportation, and the Department of Criminal Justice, no significant fiscal impact to the State is anticipated. 

According to the Department of Public Safety, no fiscal impact to the State is anticipated. 

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
